Connect

Connect is located in San Luis Obispo, California. This project consists of a three-story building with 78 residential units, two separate commercial spaces, and a co-working space available to the tennants. Parking is accomodated in three separate four-level mechanical garages. These parking garages also act as a buffer between the apartments and the adjacent railroad tracks.

The railroad theme is prevalent in the design and use of materials in this project which serves as a gateway to the railroad district.
