Hidden Creek Village is an 81 unit 100% affordable housing community in Paso Robles, California developed by the San Luis Obispo Housing Authority. The project includes a mix of one, two and three bedroom residences as well as a nearly 4,000 square foot community space. The site is approximately 6.7 acres. Numerous green building strategies were incorporated into both the buildings and the site planning of this project. The developer for the project was the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo. The project was completed in September 2011.
