Hotel Ava

The AVA is a four-story 151-room Spanish Revival gem that promises to offer a convenient and luxurious stay in the heart of Downtown Paso Robles. This new hotel revamps the previously underutilized site at the Southern end of the Downtown Core and is designed around three beautiful oak trees for the new hotel arrival experience. Adorned with a multitude of elevated accommodations, the AVA features an open air, all-season bar on the 2nd floor, and premier restaurant and retail for locals and visitors alike. AVA is currently under construction and is anticipated to open Q2 of 2025.
