Hotel Shattuck

The Historic Hotel Shattuck Plaza is the only significant hotel in the City of Berkeley. Years of neglect has turned this gem into a rough and tumble building that has not been prosperous for several decades. Under our guidance the hotel underwent a complete renovation including updated all of the 199 guest rooms, replacing every window, repairing and painting the exterior, and bringing back some of the original grandeur to the lobby, ground floor restaurant and ballrooms.
