Leitcher House

This project proposes restoring and remodeling the Historic Leitcher apartment Building located at 667 Monterey Street in san Luis Obispo, California. The renovation included the removal of several additions to original building and the restoration of the wrap around porch. There are two hotel rooms on the ground floor, a hotel suite on the second floor and a residential unit on the third floor. Construction was completed in the summer of 2018.
