Pacific Courtyards is a mixed-use project located in Downtown San Luis Obispo. The project contains nine residential units, office space and a parking garage in two separate three story buildings. Building “A” contains three multi-story condominiums. Building “B” is a mixed-use building containing residential, office, and a parking garage. The residential units and offices in Building B share a central courtyard located on the podium level.
